Check out
The room and parking space must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure and all All Inclusive services end at 10am on the day of departure. The beach is included from the day of arrival until the day before departure.

Payment by bank transfer must be communicated upon arrival
Forgotten items in the hotel
contact the reception at the Hotel number 0544 949 286 and agree on the sending of the item, the shipping will be at your expense.
Emergency in case of FIRE
check the quickest escape route in the plan you will find in your room. IMPORTANT: the use of the elevator is prohibited.
Leave the room by closing the door behind you (NOT WITH A LOCK) and go to the nearest emergency exit and the assembly point at the hotel entrance; report the fire hazard to 115, stay calm, do not panic or shout. If the smoke does not make the corridor or stairs easy to access, return to the room, close the door (NOT WITH A LOCK), seal it with damp towels to prevent the passage of smoke and signal your presence by looking out of the window/balcony.

The Pool
it is seafront and equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas, please do not occupy the sunbeds with towels or bags if they are not present; it is mandatory to shower before entering the water and diving is prohibited.

Upon reservation (together with the room) at check-in you will be assigned your parking space and you will receive the remote control with the number assigned to you. Remember to display the coupon with your name and room number.
