- to confirm your reservation, a 30% deposit or the remaining balance must be paid by bank transfer or credit card within 7 days of the booking date.
- Club Card €60 per room/stay, mandatory, to be paid upon arrival
- in case of cancellation up to 14 days from arrival, the deposit will be returned, within 14 days from arrival it will be retained
- in case of booking with advance payment: up to 30 days of arrival the full amount will be refunded; otherwise the deposit will be retained and the rest of the amount will be refunded
- in case of cancellation with payment by SCALAPAY: up to 14 days from arrival 5% of the deposit will be retained and the rest will be returned, otherwise the amount of the entire deposit will be retained
- in case of early departure the customer is required to pay a penalty equal to 3 nights
