- The rooms are available from 13.00 on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 on day of departure including sun umbrella and sun beds at beach.
- Meals not consumed at hotel may not be deducted from the rate.
- Reductions are non-cumulative with other discounts and special conditions
- Air conditioning at set times
- For stays shorter than three days, a 30% supplement will be applied to the daily rate.
- Each booking will be confirmed after receiving a deposit of € 300.00 within 7 days of the reservation.
- In the case of early departure guests are subject to a fee equal to 3 overnight stays, in the case of a cancellation the deposit will not be refunded.
- Enclosed parking subject to availability.
